Why we love this

This special blend of wheat, rye and barley malt flours with malted wheat flakes is absolutely ideal for oven baked yeast cookery and in bread machines.

The flavour is fantastic and makes a lovely small, dense loaf. Top tip  -  it’s beautiful with added seeds and walnuts!
