Why we love this

Including gram and buckwheat flour, this naturally gluten-free flour blend is a perfect alternative to bread flour made from wheat. Just follow the recipes on the back of the pack to make delicious brown bread in your oven or bread machine.

We tried it ourselves, it was quick and easy to make by hand and it rose like a dream! The end result? Light, not heavy, with a crunchy crust.

Storage advice

To keep your flour at its best, roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.

Ingredients
