HOW DOES COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) AFFECT THE RETURN OF MY PURCHASE/ORDER?
We know that the COVID-19 Coronavirus may affect your ability to return your purchase/order within the usual time limits.
We have extended our normal returns policy to 60 days to help. If you're unhappy with any product you receive, send it back to us within 60 days of delivery and we will process a refund for your order.
Note: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of the following items: deodorant, soaps, shampoo bars, toothpaste, toothbrushes, sunscreen, lip-balm, mouthwash and body lotions.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
If you've ordered standard UK delivery your package should arrive in 3-5 working days.
If you've ordered next day UK delivery your package should arrive:
Tomorrow if you ordered before 2pm on a weekday
Tomorrow or the next day if you ordered after 2pm Monday to Thursday
By Tuesday if you ordered at the weekend or after 2pm on a Friday.
Please note: these timings only apply to UK delivery. If you've ordered from outside the UK your delivery may take a little longer.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard UK delivery is £3.99 (We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days).
Delivery is FREE in the UK, when you spend over £35.
How is my order sent?
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. We’ll let you know when your item(s) have been dispatched via email (check your junk folder if you do not receive this).
How long does standard delivery take?
We aim to deliver all standard deliveries within 3-5 working days. However, please make allowances for particularly busy periods, adverse weather conditions or industrial action – these factors may have an impact on delivery times.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
If your order amount is over £35 and the shipping address is in the UK, we’ll deliver your items free.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we are happy to accept returns. Provided the packaging is unopened and we receive the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, we will process a refund for your order. You will receive a confirmation of this via email. Funds will be restored to your account within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for paying for returns postage costs.
