Why we love them

Our makeup remover pads are such a great replacement for disposable cotton pads or face wipes! Made from sustainably grown bamboo and cotton, they are super absorbent and perfect for sensitive skin. The soft velvet pads are extremely gentle and great for removing everyday makeup, without causing any redness or soreness. The scrub terry pads are great for gently exfoliating the skin, helping unclog blocked pores and reducing the occurrence of breakouts and blemishes.

They work with any cleanser type so you can continue using the cleanser of your choice and no need to change it when using these pads.

The diameter of each pad is 8cm.

Why swap?

Although quick and convenient, makeup wipes are actually rubbish for our skin! Rather than properly removing makeup, they tend to smear the product across the skin, instead of actually lifting it from the skin and removing it completely. Reusable make up removal pads, however, will actually remove the product from the skin.

They're also bad for the environment! Single-use makeup remover wipes are made up of a huge amount of plastic, which can take hundreds of years to break down, playing a huge role in the amount of waste going into landfill. On top of that, lots of makeup wearers tend to flush used cleansing wipes and cotton pads, causing sewer blockages and ocean pollution, impacting water quality and sea life.

While disposable products may be a more convenient option when it comes to removing our make up, for the sake of the environment - and our skin - reusable facial cleansing cloths are a far better option than their less eco-friendly counterparts. Plus, they’re a far more cost-effective option in the long-run.

Caring for our Makeup Remover Pads

Just pop the pads in the mesh laundry bag included and wash them in the machine with your light coloured clothes on a warm wash (up to 40°) with a gentle detergent and leave to dry naturally.

Reusable makeup remover pads can last a very long time but if you feel that it’s time for a replacement you can recycle the old ones at your nearest clothing and textile recycling facility.

DPD Next day

Heavy snow is affecting operations in Yorkshire, North East England and Scotland. Our warehouse in Leeds has experienced a one day delay in parcel despatch on 14/01/2021.

DPD will keep customers updated of any delivery issues, their team will endeavour to deliver any parcels delayed on 14/01/2021 and 15/01/2021 on either 16/01/2021 or 17/01/2021.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you've ordered standard UK delivery your package should arrive in 5-7 working days.

If you've ordered next day UK delivery your package should arrive:

Tomorrow if you ordered before 2pm on a weekday
Tomorrow or the next day if you ordered after 2pm Monday to Thursday
By Tuesday if you ordered at the weekend or after 2pm on a Friday.

All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. We’ll let you know when your item(s) have been dispatched via email (check your junk folder if you do not receive this).

How long does standard delivery take?

We aim to deliver all standard deliveries within 5-7 working days. However, please make allowances for particularly busy periods, adverse weather conditions or industrial action – these factors may have an impact on delivery times.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

If your order amount is over £35 and the shipping address is in the UK, we’ll deliver your items free.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we are happy to accept returns. Provided the packaging is unopened and we receive the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, we will process a refund for your order. You will receive a confirmation of this via email. Funds will be restored to your account within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for paying for returns postage costs.

Note: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of the following items: deodorant, soaps, shampoo bars, toothpaste, toothbrushes, sunscreen, lip-balm, mouthwash and body lotions.

How does COVID-19 (Coronavirus) affect the return of my purchase/order?

We know that the COVID-19 Coronavirus may affect your ability to return your purchase/order within the usual time limits.

We have extended our normal returns policy to 60 days to help. If you're unhappy with any product you receive, send it back to us within 60 days of delivery and we will process a refund for your order.
